Frazier, UM executive vice president and executive assistant

Frazier
introduced Manley, who spoke about the new U.S.-Canada 30-point
Border Security Plan, an agreement to be signed by U.S.
President George Bush and Canada's Prime Minister Jean Chretien
during the upcoming G8 Summit in Kananaskis, Alberta.
Frazier
has been elected to chair the Board of Directors of the
trade alliance, which represents 60,000 companies in Canada
and the United States, such as General Motors, Ford Motor
Corp., trucking firms, grain and timber producers, and more.
The
alliance holds biannual meetings -- one in Ottawa and one
in Washington, D.C. U.S. trade with Canada tops $511 billion
a year, representing the largest trading partnership in
the world.
