Description: Do you love your UM experience? Would you like to ensure that our programs and services are sustainable? Do you like to talk on the phone? If you answered YES to these questions, we have the job for you! UM Phonathon callers contact alumni, friends and parents of the university in a fundraising and "friend raising" capacity. Callers solicit private gifts for The University of Montana, provide information about the university and specific colleges or programs, and update alumni records. We are looking for students to work three nights a week Sunday-Thursday 5-9pm. In addition to the hourly pay rate, there are opportunities to earn bonuses!

Qualifications: Callers must have a high level of integrity and understand the importance of maintaining donor confidentiality. This position requires a student who is dependable and motivated with excellent telephone skills and a clear speaking voice. Students must be able to follow instructions with a high regard for detail and be eager to convey enthusiasm for UM in a positive and mature manner. Good computer skills. Punctuality and reliability are essential.
