The Human Resource Services team provides leadership for attracting and retaining a talented and diverse group of outstanding faculty, staff, and administrators; by using progressive planning strategies to create a successful organizational climate that promotes a high level of professionalism, innovation, and productivity; and by utilizing policy design, systems, and services that contribute to the welfare of the university and to our employees while being mindful of our responsibility to maintain confidentiality, be supportive, and provide a flexible atmosphere.
