Vendor Information: New or Change

Designate whether the vendor is a New Vendor, or existing vendor that requires a name change, address change or the addition of an address. New Vendor is designated when this is a first time vendor. Change of Information is designated when the existing vendor requires a name change or changing the address. New Address is designated when an existing vendor requires the addition of an address (in this case it might be a business with more than one address). Close Window
