Business Services Staffing AnnouncementsBusiness Services has some exciting new staffing changes to announce. These changes are being made as a part of a new internal Enhanced Business Practice project entitled "Student Success". The project is designed to look at how we can improve the delivery of financial services to our students while employing sound business practices and ensuring the financial integrity of our institution. We have identified 13 major initiatives for our Student Success project and have set a very ambitious timeline for completion. |
| Effective Monday, March 12, 2007, Kerry Kienberger who is currently the Student Account Services Manager will be changing her duties so that she can focus on the Banner Student AR module. This module is a key component of many of the initiatives of the Student Success project. Focusing her attentions on Banner Student AR will enable us to meet our goals. In addition to the front-line experience Kerry gained during the last year, she brings a wealth of systems and production experience from her past positions as Assistant Finance Systems Manager (1996-2002) and Banner Trainer (2002-2006). |

|
Julie Cannon, the current Finance Systems Manager, will become the Assistant Director of Business Services overseeing the Student Account Services area. Julie will be leading the 3 main areas within Student Account Services: Student Loans & Accounting, Collections & Cashiering. Her project management, systems implementation and production experience along with a prior career in banking and lending will help lead the Student Account Services area to success in their current and future operations and project initiatives. |
|
Val Lockridge will assume an oversight role for the Systems area and will assist Scott Klanecky, our current Banner/SABHRS Production Manager, as needed with project priorities and issue resolution.
Within Systems Val will continue her work as the lead for the Report Development & Analysis (RDA) Team along with analysts Brenda Avery and Bob Hlynosky. Bob Hlynosky, who is currently working in the Student Account Services area will be joining the RDA Team where his technical query & report development expertise will be of great value. |
